Your clips

Scores, hook labels, like and dislike, download and sorting on a finished video.

Open My projects in the sidebar and click a finished video to see its clips.

What a clip card shows

  • A rank number in the top left corner. Number 1 is the clip with the highest score.
  • A hook label in the top right corner.
  • The clip's length in the bottom right corner.
  • Under the video: the score in green, a title and the transcript.

Scores

The score is a number out of 100. It is the AI's estimate of how well the clip could do on short video apps such as TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

The AI weighs four things: a strong opening hook, a clear payoff, whether the clip makes sense on its own, and emotion or surprise.

Treat the score as a guide and watch each clip before you post it. A clip made with Don't clip has no score.

Hook labels

The label names the kind of opening the AI saw in the clip. The labels are Controversial, Emotional, Story, Pattern Break, Identity, Authority.

A clip with no hook type shows the label Clip.

Like and dislike

Press Like or Dislike to mark a clip. Press the same button again to clear the mark. Your mark is saved with the clip.

Download

Press Download to save the clip to your device as an MP4 file.

If the clip has a Viral Edit, a switch above the title chooses between Original and Viral Edit. Download saves the one that is showing.

Sort

Use Sort at the top of the page. It has three choices.

  • Rank: highest score first. This is the default.
  • Duration: shortest clip first.
  • Kind of opening: clips grouped by their hook label.

While a video is processing, or after it fails

A video that is still processing shows the current step, a progress bar and the time left.

A failed video shows the reason. For a link there is a Try again button that takes you back to the submit page with the link filled in. See Troubleshooting.
