Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Fresh Marketing LLC collects when you use MasterClip, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Billing details: your plan and payment history. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Your videos: files you upload or links you paste, the downloaded video, its transcript, and the clips we make.
- Usage: which videos you submitted, the settings you chose, your credit balance, and basic logs needed to run and debug the service.
How we use it
- To make your clips and show them to you.
- To run your account, take payments, and send emails about your account and your videos.
- To keep the service working, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your videos to train our own AI models.
Who processes data for us
We share data only with the companies that run parts of the service, and only what each one needs:
- Supabase (accounts, database, file storage)
- Railway and Vercel (hosting)
- Stripe (payments)
- AssemblyAI, OpenAI and Groq (transcribing audio)
- Anthropic (choosing clip moments from the transcript, checking on-screen text and planning Viral Edits)
- Google (making the pictures a Viral Edit cuts away to)
- Video download services we use to fetch links you paste
- Resend (email) and Sentry (error reports)
How long we keep it
- Free plan: each video and its clips are deleted 3 days after you submit the video.
- Paid plans: videos and clips stay while you are on a paid plan, until you delete them or your account. If the plan ends, they are deleted 3 days later.
- The original video you submitted is kept up to 30 days so the clip editor works.
- When you delete your account we delete your videos, clips and account data. Your payment records (your email address, invoices and card details) stay with Stripe, our payment provider. One thing is kept for 90 days after that: a scrambled, one-way fingerprint of your email address, used only to stop repeat free-credit sign-ups. It cannot be turned back into your address, and it is deleted after 90 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can download your clips and delete your account in Settings. To ask for a copy of your data or anything else about your privacy, email freshmarketingofficial@proton.me. Depending on where you live you may have further rights (for example under the GDPR or California law); we honor those requests.
Children
MasterClip is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people and services that need it, and payment details stay with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
We will post updates here and tell you about significant changes.
